In Apr 2014 I Had Retinal Vein Occlusion. In Aug

In Apr 2014 I had retinal vein occlusion. In Aug 2014 I had an emergency appendectomy. Around June 2014 I was starting to feel tired. In DEC 2014 I noticed muscle loss and abdominal fat gain, with overall weight loss. In 2015 blood test showed high cortisol and lowish sodium. Ct chest scan was unremarkable other than a 4mm nodule noted as insignificant. I still worry about small cell lung cancer even though I understand that it is very aggressive, would it be more apparent now. Any thoughts?
