In Doppler Study Report Revealed Trace MR, Mild Al, Trace

In Doppler Study report revealed trace MR, mild Al, trace TR. estimated pulmonary arterial pressure of 18mm Hg. I am a healthy 74 year young, with low blood pressure, 128 lbs, exercise with walking a couple miles five days a week and practice yoga. I have been experiencing a dull pain on left side but my doctor says I should not be concerned. I was diagnosed 3 months ago with asthma. Any cause for concern about this dull ache? Thank you doctor.
