In Feb Of This Year I Had A Hysterectomy Because

In Feb of this year I had a hysterectomy because I had a uterine fibroid that had become rather large. Everything but my ovaries was removed. I am 46yrs old and weigh about 130 lbs. I am 5'2. Since then I have had muscle and joint pain. And I have difficulty bending.doing so is painful. What do you suggest?
