In January Of 2015 I Noticed Swelling Above Left Clavical.

In January of 2015 I noticed swelling above left clavical. I had an ultra sound done and it was an active gland. It has yet went down in size regardless of the antibiotics I was placed on. Sometimes os achy and makes my arm achy. I haven't felt to well in the past 6 months. Chills no fever, vomitting and severe stomach issues. Help!!! Oh, I see it cost to get an answer.
