In July I Swallowed A Supplement But Because Of The

In July I swallowed a supplement but because of the unusual shape it cut my throat, and later due to stomach acid reflus it took a while to heal. Since then though, it is now October, it feels like there is a scab in my throat, it is just uncomfortable not painful, but I still take the reflux medicaton, what else can I do.
