In March I Started With A Flu Then Chronic Diarrhea

In March I started with a flu then chronic diarrhea all fo a total about three weeks. That led to my first ER visit for major stomach cramping, blurred vision, confusion, dizziness and inability to say words. During that time I had numbness and tightness in back of neck and jaw. Since then 7 more episodes with blurred vision, confusion, dizziness, out of body feeling with tightness in neck and jaw, tingling and weakness in hands and left arm and a feeling that I can hardly use my hands or legs. I almost always have slurred speech and a feeling like my eyes are moving. These episodes are sometimes accompanied by bad headache. MRI, CT Scan of head, spine, and back are normal. No auto immunity disorder according to rheumatologist. I've seen orthopedic, allergist, gastroenterologist and rheumatologist but no results. Would a neurologist be able to do something different than the other doctors A?
