In March I Took A Fall And Hit My Lower

In March i took a fall and hit my lower abdomen. My local ER checked me out and gave me th all clea but it brpught on my period over a week early. My next cycles seemed normal, but this month I finished my cycle on he first and started bleding again today. It looks like my period but i finished it only a week ago. Should i be concerned? I am 43 years old.
