In May 2014 I Woke Up With 2 Fingers On

In May 2014 I woke up with 2 fingers on my right hand that had changed sensation. Only half of each finger, vertically. I originally compared the feeling to numb but really it's more of an extreme sensitivity. In July 2 fingers on my right hand changed to this sensation. Other sensations include, surging in nerves, extreme pain in elbows down to finger tips in what feels like the bones, aching, veins feel like they're pumping fire/ice. I have had hundreds of blood tests, nerve tests, brain, neck, elbow and hand mri's and a cat scan on my brain. Great news all of that came back normal, bad news, I have no answers . The only thing they did find that was that my B12 was extremely low. I've been on B12 injections for several months now. Because my symptoms have continuous get worse we are thinking they are unrelated to the B12 levels. I have had to be my own advocate throughout all of this because with every normal test I think my doctors feel less inclined to look further. I have done lots of research online to try and ask more questions. Recently I have asked that we look into bones, tissue and joints. In the meantime I asked my doctor if he had considered it could be Fibromyalgia. He seems to think my symptoms aren't classic. My other symptoms are fatigue, sleep problems, 3-4 headaches a week, stomach issues. From what I can see that seems right in line. I'm at a loss and running out of patience. I already suffer from chronic low back pain after 2 unsuccessful back surgeries and these new symptoms are pushing me to the edge of sanity. I have yet to find anything that provides even a little relief. I would greatly appreciate any new insight.
