In Oct. 2011, I stared feeling chest discomfort. I was 46 years old at the time. I had stopped drinking more than 2 yrs prior. I take Trazodone 150 mg for insomnia and depression. Have taken it sinsce 2001. The chest discomfort continued to carodit pain and to ED. I quit smoking, started working out, up to 2 hour a day of intense cardio per day. I took anywhere from 81 to 650 mg ASA per day according to how much discomfort I felt that day. It didn't stop the pain and discomfort. I emotionally broke down 2 times before I realized the Trazodone had not been working for 10 months. I realized i had not been sleeping well, although I was spending up to 14 hours out a 24 hour period in bed and for a man, the usual waking up erection was not there. This is not the first time a Trazodone RX has gone wrong. Before it was Wal-mart, but with far less consequences just some insomnia. This time, it was Wal-Greens. For my next RX, I went to a local Pharmacy. Within 5 days, the discomfort and pain went away, but ED remains. The question is, what could cause this S/S. What med or chem could cause this symptoms. I have the last refill from 07/18/2012. Anybody have any ideas what this could be or where i can get it tested to find out.
