In September I Had The Camera Into The Belly Button

In September I had the camera into the belly button and had the early stages of endometriosis taken away from my pelvis area. The doctor advice me to take the pill 3 packets in a row then have a break for the 7 days. But I am the second packet at the minute and haven't missed one, but I have been having a lot of white sticky discharge with blood in it for nearly 2 weeks. Could this be an infection or is it normal.
