In A Matt Matter Of Just Less Than An Hour

In a matt matter of just less than an hour I begin to bruise from the inside of my left arm starting at the wrist and within a couple of hours it has spread all the way up to the bend on the inside of my elbow without any injury happening what would this be happening and is this to be a big concern
