In A Recent Blood Draw, My Count Was 144, They

In a recent blood draw, my count was 144, they said normal liver count is 132 .My count has been up to the 144, and down as low as 125, over the last year, although this is the first time the issue has been brought up to me. They are retesting me in a month. Is this 144 level a concern, is there a way to bring it down? At what level should I be concerned enough to push for more testing and explanation?
