In An Enclosed Area When Someone Was Spraying Himself I

In an enclosed area when someone was spraying himself I breathed in a great deal of bug spray with Deet yesterday, and immediately my right lung hurt with every breath. Eventually it began to hurt only with deep breaths. Today it has been aching all day, and the pain seems to also be in my back. At what point should I be concerned enough to go to the doctor? I use an inhaler occasionally, and I have been using it yesterday and today to see if that would help. Is there anything else I can do?
