In August I Had Bad Allergies That Caused A Sinus

In august I had bad allergies that caused a sinus infection,I didn't take antibiotics,it got a little better but had a bad cough,cough continued till now,it's first week of November,I continued to have runny nose,inside of nose is always crusty ( sorry for that description) ,cough is slight now but now I have noise when I breath in,maybe congestion,I don't hear it every time I breath in though,chest feels tight at time but I've always had trouble breathing as I suffer from severe anxiety and panic attacks,have constant itch in throat and it feels like itch is kind of in my chest,when I clear my throat and swallow it feels like I'm swolling phelm,can you give me advise on what I am experiencing ,thank you
