In Beginning Around A Months Ago I Had Pain In

In beginning around a months ago I had pain in my first molar tooth, because gym around that tooth was swollen , I could not eat with that molar in those days ,than That swollen gum became lesser and lesser ,
Now gum around that molar bleeds some times,
And thr is also a black dot in tooth , feel like it's a little hole
And color of my molar is also difftent from other
Other teeth are natural yellow type but this molar is like off white with yellow from few places
, I didn't use any product for this
Would u like to give me solution regarding to this ..
