In Comparing Images From October And December, I Can See

In comparing images from October and December, I can see what looks like a split in my lower aorta (I was lifting a very heavy fence and felt tearing, the abdominal pain, midline, just below my sternum, has not abated and I am dizzy and nauseated) - I snagged both images and brought them to the radiologist to request a review and was told there is no change . I have already got ascending aortic entasis and chronic mediastinal pain with chest pressure; how do I find out if this is really nothing?
