In First Week Of June I Had An Ovarian Abcess

In first week of June I had an ovarian abcess that ruptured. My right ovary and fallopian tube were removed. In august I had an ultrasound done to see how my left side is. The obgyn told me the ultrasound came back normal, but that there was some residual fluid in the fallopian tube. I want to get pregnant and she said that shouldn't be a problem. But I've read on the Internet that fluid in the tube means blockage. Please help me to understand .
