In Late August I Noticed My Tonsils Were A Little

In late August I noticed my tonsils were a little swollen. I went to the doctor and was tested for mono and strep and those were negative. I was then put on cephalexin. I also had a vaginal yeast infection and put on a cream. The YI cleared up but my tonsils are still swollen. I have had swollen lymph nodes as well. I believe now I have oral thrush maybe from medications. I was looking online and was not sure if this is all related to tonsilitis or maybe a test was wrong. Then I saw it could possibly be hiv and now I'm extremely worried
