In My Left Leg There Is White Sore Between Fourth

In my left leg there is white sore between fourth and fifth toe and there is little bit swelling on the little finger.I am also feeling pain while walking.
2 years back also same problem happened but cured properly. But again it repeated.
Please suggest what precautions I should take. And how to cure this problem now.
