In Recent Week I Have Had An Increasing Black Stood

In recent week I have had an increasing black stood and an intestinal bleed I feel this is related to my Lupus and brought on by consistant 90 degree temperatures and the effect the sunlight may contribute. 2013 I experiences an internal bleed out 10 paints of blood the doctors could not determine just where the bleeding came from now after Upper and Lower scopes I steel don't know.
