In Reference To Female Hygiene, How Should A Female Accurately

In reference to female hygiene, how should a female accurately wipe the external genitalia which include the urethral meatus and vaginal opening inside the labia minora after urination? I have a hard time wiping inside the labia minora and end up just blotting with tissue of it and continue going downward to the vaginal opening and perineum. Am I really expected to locate the urethral meatus and so on every time I pee? Can't I just blott the drips away? Also in the shower, if I can't even see my urethral meatus, how can I accurately clean there, I gently feel around and run water over the labia minora and wash the labia majora and perineum but is that really enough?
