In T He Last Few Weeks I've Noticed Small, Hard

In t he last few weeks I've noticed small, hard cysts appearing on my face. They are not pimples. I was recently diagnosed with a lymphatic retention cyst on my left eye. Could that also be what is appearing on my face? If so, what can I do about them? I've always been complimented on my skin and told that I look much younger than my actual age. Now all anyone can see is all these cysts on my face. Please help.
