In The Age Of Childhood I Was Do The Hand

In the age of childhood i was do the hand practice with penis, that was done 10 years. Now i am merried person. I have 3 healthy childs, Al Hamad u Lillah. But now i feeling my left sided testis be going to small and small daily.
And penis is going to weak day by day, pls help me , i am 45 years old and i am doing the job in other country. And i am going to home after 3 months.
