In The Last 2 Wks I Have Had Severe Pain

In the last 2 wks I have had severe pain in my mid stomach area - right around the belly button but it's a piercing gnawing pain. I have to pinch my stomach or try to ly on a few pillows to put pressure on it. Hurts really bad, can't sleep or get comfortable. Am taking ranitidine, omeprazole, artorvastatin & pantoprazole. nothing helps. they gave me a ct scan but it didn't show anything. Help?
