In The Last 24 Hours I Have Suddenly Developed Sharp

In the last 24 hours I have suddenly developed sharp "shock like" pain just above my left ear & it is tender in that area . Now I also have some numbness & discomfort to my left cheek & TMJ site & pain to the top of my head. I am a 54 year old female & am generally tired , overweight by 40 lbs, have hypothyroid, TMJ issues & GERD. I am on Prevacid & synthroid daily. I have chronic back pain, I assume from years of working & regularly see a chiropractor. What do you think this new & scary pain could be?
