In The Last Couple Of Weeks, At Times, If I

In the last couple of weeks, at times, if I turn quickly in bed from side to side, then try to look at the clock, my eyes are jumping all over the place and I can't focus on the time...it last for maybe 20 seconds, then stops.....my eyes are just scrambling...its very disturbing.....has happened several times...I am also dizzy at times if I bend down or turn my head...please help explain and Let me know if I should see a doctor or eye doctor...I had cataract surgery in March and everything seemed ok from that...thank you, Ellen....btw I am 65 years old in good health...
