In The Last Few Days, I Have Begun Experiencing Heart

In the last few days, I have begun experiencing heart flutters, dizziness, and my right arm tingles. I am a 45 year old female with no previous health issues. My father had heart disease, 2 heart attacks, and died at 60. His doctor told us (my 2 brothers and me) that one of us would likely have heart disease. I am wondering if I should be concerned and see a doctor? I read these symptoms could be related to menopause as well.
