In The Last Five Years I Have Lost 18% Of

In the last five years I have lost 18% of bone density In my spine. I take 40mg Nexium daily for reflux and Diltiazem for cold induced A fib. I am trying to figure out how to stop the bone loss without causing build up in the arteries. I have been doing some research and am currently thinking that I need to use calcium citrate rather than the calcium carbonate I have been using. My cholesterol is at 206, calcium at 9.3 and vitamin D is 54.5. What should I do I order to not arrive at osteoporosis.
