In The Last Month Or 2 I Hav Hade Very

In the last month or 2 I hav hade very hard and dry stool that passes in little balls. Throughout my stool are numerous tiny black specks and very small colorless hair like fibers. In the last few days I have seen what looks like wet and stingy blood with mucus or blood all over it. Can you help let me know if this is normal or I need to seek medical help? This is definitely not normal for me.
