In The Last Several Days I Have Had Discomfort In

In the last several days I have had discomfort in my back that radiates around to my stomach and makes me sick to my stomach. I have already had my gallbladder out years ago, but this pain comes and goes. I get a warm feeling and then very nauseated. The pain seems to be worst when I am up on my feet for a while. It also bothers me when I go to bed and lay down.
