In The Last Week I Have Torn A Hamstring While

In the last week I have torn a hamstring while making my bed & torn an arm muscle while pulling up my pants. I have RA, lots of musculoskeletal issues & lots of deconditioning. Am wondering if there is a connection to that & my many meds. Started taking symbicort in March. Started Incruse Elipta 6 months prior; Enbrel 50ml in 2/2015, Methotrexate & Prednisone since 9/2014. Those are the most recent additions that I thought might be the culprits. Other meds include Ibuprophen 800mg 2/day; Flexeril 1/day; Meperedine occassional use; Ambien 10mg nightly. Any idea??
