In The Middle Of The Night, I Found I Was

In the middle of the night, I found I was in an uncomfortable position, so with my head still on the pillow I repositioned my body. When I did this I heard a pop, I picked my head up and my vision instantly went like I was on a fast moving ride. The whole room was spinning. I blinked a few times and laid back down. Began feeling nauseated, this feeling lasted for 10 minutes approximately.
