In The Middle Of The Night I Got Up To

In the middle of the night I got up to check my blood sugar. I was dizzy and feel to floor hitting my left eye. I now have double vision. Will this go away on its own?? My optomologiest checked my eye and said there is no damage to the eye ball. He has referred me to an ENT doctor.
