In The Morning I Had A Sneezing While Getting Up...

In the morning I had a sneezing while getting up... this cause the area below right rib to squeeze. It pained a lot. I sat for some time... Again I had a sneezing again it pained... now the pain is so severe that I find it difficult to sit n even pads stool... could pl tell what this is...
