In the past 15 days I have had 3 incidents of a full, bloated, gassy feeling, then on the toilet, I have diarrhea and violent vomiting. I'm afraid I'm going to have an aneurism from vomiting so hard! Then wake up the next morning with a headache but no abdominal discomfort. What in the world could this be?
