In The Past 9 Days I Have Been Experiencing Major

In the past 9 Days I have been experiencing major pain centralized in my left back, kidney area, in which the last 3 days has become severe to the point of not functioning. With this migranes began and a fever. I've been to the ER & they have run urinalysis, CT scan, ultrasound, & blood workups with all negative results. I'm still in serious pain and these symptoms are not going away. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I am waiting for results on Lymes disease & some other panels.
