In The Past Few Months, I Have Experienced Aches In

In the past few months, I have experienced aches in the outer side of both shins gnot always at the same time) and deep in thighs. I already have degenerative disk and joint disease in all three areas of my spine and degenerative arthritis in my feet and ankles. I am 5'4" and 270lbs (have been over this weight for almost two decades, have lost 38lbs over the past two years). My chiropractor, who I see once a week for adjustments, has already told me about the pain in the front of my right hip as being tight hip flexers. While I do stretches for those, the stabbing pain returns. I have arthritis in my lumbar with an area near the bottom that has been pinching more often. I also have fibfomyalgia and live in Minnesota.
So, what can I do for the pain in the legs?
