In The Past Few Weeks A Dimple Like Hole Has

In the past few weeks a dimple like hole has developed inside my cheek. I found it w/ my tongue; it has increased in size; it is cooler upon contact than the rest of my mouth; a shadow like mark about the size of a quarter is forming on the outside of my cheek with a darker spot directly opposite from the inside dimple; the dimple seems to be deepening and increasing in size and is now the size of a dilated pupil.
