In The Past Two Weeks I Have Had Sharp Stabbing,

In the past two weeks I have had sharp stabbing, burning pain that comes and goes on the top outer part of my right foot. Since then I have been having leg cramps and pain severe enough to wake me from sleep, and today began to have knee pain. I have Sjogrens and hypothyroid so am familiar with discomfort but not like this. I also have restless legs at night that seem to be getting worse. Am active so these changes are a huge concern to me.
