In The Past Week Or Two I Have Developed Extreme

In the past week or two I have developed extreme tightness in the back of my ankle (aquilles tendon area). It is especially tight in the morning, but I am aware of it all day long. Could this be caused by a change in medication? I have been treated for an upper respiratory infection, followed by seasonal bronchial asthma for the past several weeks. My doctor started me on Symbicort about two weeks ago.
