InHi Dr... My Periods Got Delayed By 12 Days..my Gyno

InHi dr... My periods got delayed by 12 days..my gyno asked me to take deviry tab for 7.days ...but last ngt brown bleeding was coming that too not so heavy flow.. It comes on my last day 5 th day usually.. Again in morning ek drop of brown spot. Not at all red lyk periods.. M planning fir baby so asked to come on my day 2 for stimulation.. What to do. Shld i count it as normal period or not.. Plz help
