Initially I Got 101 Fever And Loose Motion For Full

Initially i got 101 fever and loose motion for full day. At that time BP was 70/108. Also, i was suffering with severe stomach pain. Then, i consult a doctor and took medicines for 3 day(oflox,bifiloc and PAM-D). Now, loose motions are fine. But stomach pain is still there. Even after having a single biscuit, pain starts. Please suggest.
