Inquiring For My Husband. Home Sick Today. Developed A Pain

Inquiring for my husband. Home sick today. Developed a pain on the left lower abdomen yesterday. Was not able to eat lunch. Pain comes and goes. Noticed darker than usual urine yesterday but better color today. Pain today radiates from lower left back. Today the pain still is intermittent but onset is sharp and will subside after 30-40 mins. Slight fever of 100.4 just now. UTI?
