Intense burning and stabbing pain under rib cage upper tummy lasting about hour. Cold sweat, clammy with nausea that made me throw up. Laying down didn't make it better so had to sit on toilet instead. No after effects once it went away. It has happened now a few times in the year but now twice in three days. I had not eaten for a few hours before any attack.
