Intermittent Problem (following A Reaction To An Insect Bite Which

Intermittent problem (following a reaction to an insect bite which needed anti histamine). Pain in right shin in bed first thing in morning and when inspected there is a noticible Ben and a clear indentation to the immediate left of the shin bone. When I am up and mobile the pan goes completely and the indentation disappears - all very strange ? Any thoughts
