Involved in a car accident 48 hours ago. Very bruised on left shoulder, right ribs and right hip. Experiencing intense pain in right hip. Have been icing and taking Excedrin. What other treatments should be applied until I can get in to my doctor (appointment scheduled for tomorrow morning)?
