Is 4th Generation Test Done 60 Days After Exposure Accurate?

I was raped on October 16th. Since then my life has been ruined by Anxiety and Depression with the fear that I have HIV. I took a 4th Generation test on 28 days, 48 days, and 60 days after the assault. Should I believe these? My doctors have said I should but I would like a 3rd opinion
