Is 5 Months Too Early To Conceive After Myomectomy And How Can I Reduce Severe Breast Pain Starting Mid-cycle?

Hi, Please I had myomectomy in February and bleed for 5weeks after which I started my regular menses from the month of April which alternate between 28-31days. My period flow is low compared to before and from the 14th day of my cycle I started having severe breast pain till the next period. A friend recommended ovacare. Please is 5months too early to conceive after Myomectomy? How do I resolve my period flow and stop the breast pain? N.B: before the surgery I breast pain begins 2-3 days before my period. Thanks
