Is 96.3 Degrees Considered Low Body Temperature?

My six year old had a headache last night before bed and again around noon today. I took his temp tonight cause he felt warm and it was 102.7 i gave him something and checked again 30mins later101.6 i wait 30 more mins and ot was 100.5 . I checked on him just now and its was 96.3 four hours ago was when he took the Medicine he was also covered in sweat his t-shirt qas even wet. Is 96.3 to low ?
