Is Adderall Advisable For ADHD?

Hello,
I am a psychotherapist in New Jersey and I have been managing ADHD since age 13. I have been dedicated to the therapuetic process and initially began w ritalin. Both of these approaches proved to be very effective for me. As I progressed my attending psychiatrist switch me to adderall as I navigated high school, college and graduate school.
Recently my Dr. Passed away and I have been experiencing difficulty finding a psychiatrist I can afford on my modest income as a young therapist just starting out. Also, having to pay for health ins independently has been expensive.
I am now again experiencing difficulty managing my ADHD w out medication and I am attempting to find a dr who can safely perscribe me my adderall again and reignite my medication regiment.
I am in good physical health and have no health issues or emotional challenges other then ADHD. I am working hard to establish myself as a therapist and paying close attention to my re-emering symptoms. I would like to begin take my medication again, in addition to my active role in therapy helped me to overcome these challenges w efficancy
Please advise- thank you
